  • Yes. Big Day Mini Putt is fully insured for our event rental services. We understand many wedding and event venues require vendors to carry liability insurance, and proof of insurance can be provided to the venue when requested.

  • For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup indoor or covered location when possible. We can work with you and your venue ahead of time to discuss alternative setup options.

  • We typically require approximately 1,200 square feet of space, depending on the package selected and the layout of the venue. We’ll work directly with your venue to help ensure the setup fits comfortably and is incorporated seamlessly into your event.

  • We understand that plans can change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your rental agreement and may vary depending on how close to the cancellation is to your event date. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change, and we’ll do our best to work with you.

  • Absolutely, We handle the complete delivery, setup and take down of the mini putt course and any additional games included in your package, so you can simply enjoy your event.

  • Our standard package includes 3 hours of play. Additional time can be added for $165/hour.

  • Yes. The course can work beautifully in both indoor and outdoor event spaces, provided the area is suitable and there is enough room for safe play. We can coordinate directly with your venue to determine the best location.

  • Yes. Mini Putt and our games are designed to be enjoyed by guests of different ages and skill levels, making them a great way to bring people together throughout the event.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for popular spring, summer and fall wedding dates. Your date is secured once your booking requirements have been confirmed and deposit has been received.

  • Absolutely, We’re happy to communicate directly with your wedding planner, event coordinator or venue. We can discuss setup and timing, space requirements, access and placement so there is one less detail for you to manage.

  • Big Day Mini Putt is based in Kawartha Lakes and proudly serves events within approximately a 150km radius, including the Greater Toronto Area. For events beyond this area, please contact us to discuss availability and any applicable travel fees.
